Order processing and shipping take 10 business days or more in case of high demand.

Order Cancellation

Please note that order cancellation is only available if the order status is “Pending Review.”
If the order has been confirmed and shipped, we apologize that cancellation will not be possible due to the efforts invested in preparing and shipping the order.

Order Modification

Please be aware that orders cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded if the order status is “Completed” or “Shipped,” as the shipping label has already been issued and the product prepared accordingly. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Returns

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged, as doing so may pose risks to the next consumer as well as to the merchant who owns the product.

Compensation

  • Compensation is only provided if a damaged product is received, and it will be replaced with a new one.

  • If the shipment is not received, no compensation or refund will be issued.

  • If you wish to have the order reshipped, the shipping fee must be paid again.

  • We are not responsible for delays or loss of shipment caused by incorrect information such as phone number, address, etc.

  • Once the order is shipped and handed over to the shipping company, the customer becomes responsible for tracking the shipment.
